"Massachusetts teens are going to have a lot more hurdles to clear before the state will give them driver's licenses. Changes to the state's Junior Operator Law, which went into effect Sept. 1, require parents of student drivers under age 18 to take a two-hour driver's education class alongside their teen and increases the amount of time students must spend in "behind-the-wheel" driver's education training, according to state officials."
